Privacy Policy

1. Who I am and what this site is

I am the independent licensed life insurance agent whose name, photograph, and license information appear on this site ("I," "me," "my"). This website is my professional profile and scheduling page. It exists so you can confirm who you are speaking with, verify my license with the state insurance departments where I hold one, and book a time to talk. Questions about this site's content and about your personal information should come to me at the email address shown on this site.

2. Information this site collects

Information you give me. If you use the scheduling tool, I receive your name, telephone number, email address, the appointment time you choose, and anything you type in the notes field.

Information collected automatically. Basic technical data is recorded when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and timestamps.

Information I do not want through this site. Do not enter your Social Security number, date of birth, health information, or financial account details in the scheduling notes. If you decide to apply for coverage, that information is collected later through the carrier's application, under the carrier's privacy practices and mine.

3. How I use your information

• To schedule, confirm, and hold the consultation you booked.
• To follow up with you about coverage options you asked about.
• To prepare quotes and, at your direction, submit an application to an insurance carrier.
• To keep the records state insurance law requires a licensed agent to keep.
• To respond to your questions and requests, including privacy requests.

4. Who I share your information with

I do not sell your personal information, and I do not share it for targeted advertising. I share it only with:

• Service providers that host this site, run the scheduling tool, store my client records, and deliver my calls, texts, and emails. They process your information only on my instructions and have no independent relationship with you.
• Insurance carriers and their underwriters, when you ask me to obtain a quote or submit an application.
• Licensed agents and staff working with me, who are bound to this policy.
• Professional advisors, regulators, and law enforcement where required by law, in response to legal process, or to protect rights and safety.

5. Calls, texts, and emails, including automated and AI-assisted contact

If you schedule through this site and check the consent box, you are agreeing that I may call, text, and email you at the contact information you provide about the coverage you asked about. Some of that contact may use automated dialing or texting technology, AI-assisted text and email messages, or artificial, prerecorded, or AI-generated voice. When you are interacting with an automated or AI tool rather than with me, it will say so, and you can ask to speak with a licensed person at any time.

Consent is not a condition of buying anything. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel texts and HELP for help. Your mobile number and your text-message consent are used only to contact you about your request and are never sold or shared with any other party for their marketing.

How to stop. You can withdraw consent at any time, by any reasonable means: reply STOP to any text, tell me or any automated caller to stop, or email me at the address shown on this site. I will stop marketing contact promptly, and in any case within ten business days.

6. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information I hold about you, to receive a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it (subject to records I am legally required to keep), to opt out of sale or sharing (which I do not do), and to appeal a decision I make on a request. I extend these rights to everyone, whatever state you live in.

To exercise them, email me at the address shown on this site with the subject "Privacy Request." I will verify your identity using the information associated with your appointment or file and respond within 45 days. If I deny a request, you may appeal by replying with the subject "Privacy Appeal," and if I deny the appeal, you may contact your state attorney general.

7. How long I keep your information

Scheduling and contact records are kept for two years after our last contact, or until you ask me to delete them. Records connected to a quote, application, or policy are kept for as long as state insurance law requires a licensed agent to keep them. A record that you asked not to be contacted is kept indefinitely so I can keep honoring it.

8. Security, children, and other sites

Your information is protected by reasonable safeguards, including encryption in transit and access limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure. This site is for adults; I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. The license verification links on this site go to state insurance department websites, and other links go to carriers or third parties; this policy does not apply to those sites.

9. Changes

I will post any update here with a new effective date. If a change materially affects how I use information I already hold, I will notify you by email before it takes effect.
